CHRP, Caroline Chebichii Maritim is the Industrial Relations & Advocacy Manager of the Kenya Tea Growers Association.
She joined the Association in October 2024, bringing with her over seven years of extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations.
She holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Moi University.
Ms. Maritim is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and holds a valid practicing license.
